Full Service Planning 12+ Months
This package provides you with an initial planning consultation, full service wedding planning, budgeting assistance, and unlimited phone calls and emails.
What’s included:
✓ Unlimited phone calls and emails
✓ Budgeting assistance and oversight
✓ 12 month checklist
✓ Assist with making guest accommodations
✓ Arrange spa/hair/makeup appointments for the wedding party
✓ Recommend vendors and venue
✓ Schedule appointments with vendors and attend all appointments
✓ Review contracts for vendors and venue
✓ Manage and supervise vendors, confirm schedules
✓ Minimum of one scheduled, personal phone call per month
✓ Design a layout of the wedding ceremony and wedding reception
✓ Create and distribute a timeline to all vendors
✓ Coordinate with the bride and groom on the day of rehearsal and wedding day
✓ Direct the wedding rehearsal
✓ Coordinate the wedding ceremony and wedding reception (15-17 hours)
✓ The day of the wedding – setup and breakdown wedding reception tables, chairs, place settings, and décor (if already assembled). Centerpieces can be arranged if there is a mock picture of the bride’s vision.*

This package is to help the couple who have become stressed in trying to plan their wedding and needs help to finish the planning process.

✓ Unlimited phone calls and emails
✓ Manage and supervise vendors, confirm schedules
✓ One scheduled, personal phone call per month
✓ Design a layout of the wedding ceremony and wedding reception
